Will lunch be provided?
Yes, lunch will be provided. But, we do not have the ability to accommodate special dietary requests.
Are discounts or group discounts available?
For groups of 5 or more, you can register as a group for a 10% discount. The group needs to register together to receive the group discount.
Group discounts available until Sunday 10/30, 11:59pm when pre-registration closes.
Are student discounts available?
The special student rate $15 is available until Sunday 10/30, 11:59pm when pre-registration closes.
Do I have to bring my printed confirmation email to the event?
It isn’t required but it is helpful for faster service. You may bring a printed copy of your confirmation email or a digital copy on your mobile device. PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED.
Is it okay if the name on my registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
No. On the day of the event, the person who attends must be the person who is registered. Identification will be required to pick up your name badge and conference materials. But, you can edit your registration and update your name before pre-registration closes.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, your registration can be updated, save your confirmation email for the appropriate links that will allow you to update your registration information. But as the conference gets closer, that option will no longer be available on the Eventbrite platform.
What can I bring/What should I bring?
Lunch will be provided, but feel free to bring snacks or bottled water. There will be space for written notes in the program, but you may want to bring your own notebook as well.
Please note, we reserve the right to inspect bags, backpacks and packages.
Is it ok to take pictures or record the speakers?
No. Photography, videography and audio recordings are prohibited by conference participants.
There will be an official audio recording, photographer and videographer. Plenary sessions will be audio recorded and made available if the speaker gives consent. There will be official video recording and photography of speakers; conference participants who have not opted out may be recorded or photographed as well.
Please note that if you participate in the Q&A sessions, your voice or image may be included in the official audio recording.
Is virtual attendance available this year?
No. This is an in-person conference, virtual registrations are not available.
Is childcare available at the event?
No. Childcare is not available.
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?
No, vaccination is not required.
Are masks required?
No, masks are optional.
Can I register without a credit card? Can my group register without a credit card?
Yes. Each person attending will need to complete a registration form. In order to receive a copy of the mail-in registration form sent to you, please request one at: heart4muslims@gmail.com
If your group is having difficulty pre-registering, please contact us. We are happy to facilitate the process.

How long do I have to pre-register for the conference?
- $30 Super Early Bird Registration is available online until Friday, 9/30, 11:59pm
- $40 Early Bird Registration available online until Sunday,10/30, 11:59pm
- $50 Participant Registration is available at the door for walk in registrations.
- Special pre-registration rates are available to students ($15) and retired missionaries ($10)
